Every year, thousands of people descend into Austin for our world famous Rodeo Austin. Before people get to enjoy the live animals however, tradition dictates we here in Austin focus on some cooked ones first. BBQ Austin is Rodeo Austin's official BBQ competition, and is a place where hundreds of teams sacrifice their blood, sweat and sauce in order to claim victory. While even the meats on display won't be as tasty as a winner's trophy, nothing compares with the satisfaction that helping Rodeo Austin raise funds for all the amazing scholarship work they do.
